**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Experience Agent – Remote 3rd Shift Operations, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, dispatching calls to technicians, and performing various administrative duties. This is a fully remote position, requiring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Initiate outbound phone calls for scheduling of service calls, ensuring seamless communication with customers and technicians
* Handle various customer inquiries and requests, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and accurately
* Dispatch the correct technician (based on qualifications, geography, customer preference) to each job, utilizing Service Titan software to effectively plan and dispatch jobs
* Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information
* Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other essential details
* Ensure accuracy of details (customer name, phone number, address, etc.) on all scheduled calls, maintaining the highest level of precision and attention to detail
* Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers in the company, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
* High interaction with service technicians and various customers from residential to commercial, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Other duties as assigned, including participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Qualifications**
* Must be familiar with the surrounding Chicagoland area, with a strong understanding of local geography and demographics
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED), with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a customer service environment
* Previous dispatch experience is a plus, demonstrating your ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Plumbing, Electric & HVAC experience is a plus, showcasing your technical expertise and ability to provide informed support to customers
* Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to manage priorities and workflow, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
* Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism
* Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
