**Job Summary**
As a Customer Experience Associate II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve complex issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution
* Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handle time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve technical and soft skills
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 6 months of customer service or other telephone experience required
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Experience with Medicaid web applications and technical support
* Strong knowledge of CRM software and technical troubleshooting
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
