About the Role: Customer Experience Concierge - Chat Professional

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at blithequark. As a Chat Professional, you'll be the face of blithequark to our clients, acting as ambassadors of the brand. Working as a cohesive team, you'll invigorate our clients and fulfill the brand promise. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Card Individuals visiting the blithequark Centurion Parlor, located in the IAH Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and provide access to our Card Individuals upon arrival at the gathering.
• Take ownership and be responsible for the client's experience from start to finish.
• Create innovative ways to resolve clients' issues or concerns to win their brand loyalty; ultimately turning clients into loyal advocates.
• Utilize the Client's First philosophy in addressing clients' needs and expectations.
• Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations.
• Offer travel advice and limited reservation assistance.
• Accommodate the needs of our Card Individuals by collaborating with our food and beverage lounge partners.

Essential Qualifications:

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-year recent experience catering to premium clients.
• Carrier, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience.
• A passion for catering to clients with proactive solutions.
• Exceptional relational skills, charming the client with every interaction.
• The ability to listen to the client's needs and propose certain recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction from the client with the assistance they received.

• Display the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions.
• The ability to rely on and work collaboratively with your partners is essential, as the lounge is a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment.
• Capacity to make decisions quickly and effectively when unforeseen circumstances arise, putting the Card Individuals' experience at the forefront of everything you do.
• Be tech-savvy and equipped to utilize the Web while providing assistance in a face-to-face client environment.
• Ability to seamlessly use and switch between different technology platforms.
• Adapt to an ever-changing environment and be resilient.
• The ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks.
