The Role: Customer Experience Concierge at blithequark's Centurion Lounge
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at the Centurion Lounge in Denver and Los Angeles. As the face of blithequark to our Card Members, you'll be responsible for delivering superior service, acting as an ambassador of our brand, and creating memorable experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, proactively resolving issues and concerns to win their brand loyalty.
- Employ the Customer First philosophy to meet customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultations, and minimal reservation assistance.
- Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members, ensuring a truly exceptional experience.
- Utilize multiple technology platforms with ease, providing assistance in a face-to-face customer environment while being resourceful and capable of using the Internet effectively.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, making decisions quickly and effectively to prioritize the Card Members' experience.
- Adapt to an ever-changing environment, being resilient and flexible in your approach to delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry.
- A passion for delivering extraordinary service, with proactive solutions and exceptional communication skills that delight our customers.
- The ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction with the service they receive.
- Utmost professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions, with the ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues.
- The capacity to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with light to moderate lifting required for certain job tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Travel reservation experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
