You'll lead all aspects of business development, from deal structuring to delivery excellence and project closure, ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing Strategic Customer Transformation Roadmaps: Develop and execute long-term strategic plans that drive business outcomes and revenue growth in the near term.
- Leading Business Outcomes: Articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies, ensuring that our customers achieve tangible results.
- Unified Account Planning: Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with the blithequark account team, driving cohesive sales strategies.
- Executive Relationships: Establish and maintain executive relationships across technology and business groups, securing executive sponsorship for programs.
- Internal Networking: Build a strong internal network at blithequark, collaborating with critical teams such as the account team, Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal.
- Strategic Advisor and Expert: Assume the role of strategic advisor and expert, leveraging deep knowledge of customers' businesses and available cloud services to drive informed decision-making.
- Delivering Bookings and Revenue Targets: Meet annual bookings and revenue targets, structuring deals that align with key customer goals and blithequark Professional Services business objectives.
- Scaling Success: Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team, driving collective success.
