Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our marketing and sales team. As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring that our clients' needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and effective manner
- Draft answers to product questions via email and provide detailed information about our services
- Engage with inbound leads and provide personalized support to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve our customer experience and provide feedback to the team
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop and implement customer experience strategies
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of full-time work experience in customer experience or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management
- Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
