Blithequark is a leading player in the aviation industry, and we're looking for a talented Data Entry Analyst to join our HR Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to our HR operations.
About the Role
This role is part of the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division at Blithequark. As a Data Entry Analyst, you'll be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You'll be working on exciting projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Compliance team and Projects with responsibilities including:
- Acquiring fingerprint/personal investigation results and processing fingerprint clearance letters
- Maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Power Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
- Faxing/scanning US Customs results and database entry
- Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and troubleshoot any database issues
- Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between various files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
- Conduct high-level analyses, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize all data used for HR Compliance
- Collaborate with clients and team members regularly
- Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC)
- Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR Compliance, Data Entry, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and Vlookup
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access
- Ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven critical thinking skills
- Ability to apply fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements
