About the Role

As a Customer Relations Call Center Agent at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers nationwide who call our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line. Your exceptional customer service skills will shine as you assist pharmacy customers in a remote, inbound customer contact center setting. You'll serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, and interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and letter in a timely and professional manner.
• Review and process incoming customer communications, providing clear and concise responses.
• Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Uphold company goals by delivering exceptional customer service through responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism.
• Articulate program details to customers over the phone and in writing.
• Utilize strong PC skills to toggle between different applications, including MS Windows-based applications and MS Office.

Essential Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Strong PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency.
• Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program.
• Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred).
• Prior inbound Call Center experience.
• Previous experience working from home.
• Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience.
