The Opportunity: Customer Service Representative - Remote

We're excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our virtual call center. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in managing high-volume inbound calls from our customers nationwide, all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone
• Quote prices for services offered by our retail locations and their partners
• Provide information regarding stores and services to customers
• Assess customer needs and requirements to drive them into our stores
• Take back-to-back calls for a full 8-hour shift, thriving in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Maintain customer relationships and utilize proprietary software programs to track calls
• Troubleshoot customer issues using research skills and provide proactive communication to internal and external customers

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience
• An AS or BS degree is a plus
• The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be team-oriented
• Excellent verbal skills and the ability to connect to a modem/internet
• Flexibility to work late shifts and weekends, including 12-9 pm, 1-10 pm, and 2-11 pm ET
