Job Overview
As a Customer Relationship Advocate at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will assist our clients with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Develop and hone your skills through dedicated time each week to connect and refuel, including exploring the career center, networking with colleagues, taking online classes, and more
- Build advanced skills aligned with the next role that interests you, including obtaining FINRA licenses and participating in career development activities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure an excellent customer experience through phone interactions
- Service varied customer needs, including balance inquiries, money movement, trading, and more
- Answer questions and provide resources to deepen client understanding and build confidence

Essential Qualifications
- Desire to establish rapport and relationships with customers and the team through effective communication
- Experience in customer service, call center, or financial services preferred
- A strong interest in financial services
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a demonstrated history of overcoming academic or professional challenges
- Ability and flexibility to work in a hybrid work setting, both at home and in office
- Comfortable with technology and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to handle different types of situations, emotions, and conversations driving towards a resolution suitable for all
Preferred Qualifications
- Finance background or college degree
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Knowledge of financial services and products
- Experience with FINRA licenses and regulations
