About the Role
As a Customer Sales Associate at blithequark, you'll be the face of our retail experience, providing top-notch customer service and driving sales through your passion for technology and exceptional communication skills. Your primary goal will be to expand our network by generating retail sales, learning and uncovering customers' needs, and providing complete top-down sales solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Retail Sales: Utilize your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service skills to generate retail sales and expand the blithequark network.
- Uncover Customer Needs: Create connections with customers, ask the right questions, and learn about their needs to provide personalized solutions.
- Position Product Insights: Offer product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with complete top-down sales solutions.
- Close Sales: Use phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
- Continuous Development: Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
- Refine Sales Skills: Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current blithequark customers interested in our products and services.

Compensation:
- Yearly Salary: Earn a yearly salary ranging from $43,000 to $56,000, which includes base compensation, team-based commission, and opportunities for individual incentives.
- Compensation Package Variation: Your compensation package may vary based on the region.

Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Sales Associate at blithequark, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Work Experience: One or more years of work experience.
- Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
- Flexibility: Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commission-Based Environment Experience: Experience working in a commission-based environment.
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Customer Service Experience: Customer service experience.
