Key Responsibilities:
- Contact leads who have expressed interest in retirement planning services via a completed contact information form.
- Qualify leads using a provided script to confirm their interest, explain the service offered, and set a soft appointment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional, helpful, and empathetic.
- Effectively communicate with customers, demonstrating patience, tolerance, and understanding.
- Take detailed notes during calls and write grammatically correct paragraphs summarizing customer interactions.
- Participate in coaching and training sessions to enhance job performance and continuously improve skills.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, adhering to performance metrics and goals.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telecommunications, preferably in a call center environment.
- Reliable computer equipment, headset, and high-speed internet connection.
- Dedicated, quiet workspace at home, free from distractions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and professionalism.
