- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Working closely with our product and engineering teams to gather customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and inform our product roadmap.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, from onboarding to account management.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
