**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Fielding customer inquiries and resolving questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to provide personalized support and guidance.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
* 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
* Over 18 years of age.
* Ability to type 25 wpm.
* High School Graduate or GED.
* Comfort with desktop computer systems.
* Proven oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
* Organization and work prioritization skills.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure your success in this role, you will need to meet the following work from home requirements:
* Internet Connection Requirements:
