Essential Qualifications

• Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Knowledge of products and services related to building materials, décor, electrical, flooring, garden, hardware, kitchen & bath, lumber, millwork, paint, plumbing, and tool rental
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
