Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. The essential requirements include:

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of work experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Experience working in a commission-based environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.

Preferred qualifications include a strong track record of sales achievement, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $43,000-$56,000 per year, which consists of both base pay and team-based commission. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
