Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Support Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a critical member of our Supply Center, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service, responding to customer needs in a timely and accurate manner, and developing a high level of product knowledge. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, will enable you to effectively field and resolve customer issues, provide quotes, process orders, and schedule product deliveries.
