Key Responsibilities

• Registers sales on designated sales registers and provides clients with respectful, fair, and efficient checkout services
• Engages clients and patients by greeting them and offering help with products and services
• Resolves client issues and answers questions to ensure a positive client experience
• Models and shares customer support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a distinctive and brilliant client experience
• Provides clients with respectful, friendly, quick, and efficient help
• Recommends items for sale to clients and suggests upsell as well as companion items
• Processes voids, returns, delays, discounts, and exchanges as needed
• Maintains counters and retires clean and well-marketed, takes inventory, and maintains records
• Checks in and prices stock as required or as directed by the head manager or communicated by the shift leader
• Carries out Organization resource protection methods to identify and minimize profit loss
• Ensures compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled products (e.g., liquor and tobacco products)
• Develops and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, super designs, and sale stock
• Completes resets and updates as directed
• Assists with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves)
• Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment
• Provides client assistance in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, banner print and creative machine, and sale of special photo items
• Takes on web pick obligations (screens orders in Picture Care Plus, picks items, delivers orders to clients as they arrive at the store)
• Assists with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and deliberate store environment and appearance
• Conforms to all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with colleagues
• Completes special tasks and other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree and be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). You should be eager to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with at least six months of experience in a retail environment and previous work experience with arenaflex. While not required, being conversant in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) is highly desirable. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours, is also preferred.
