**The Role**
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time. You'll connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages, making sure we put smiles on our customers' faces. Your work will go beyond just delivering customer orders; it's about creating a seamless and satisfying experience for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Customer Support:** Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email; respond promptly and prioritize customer needs; solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience.

**Physical Demands:**
* Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds.
* Stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long.
* Work in a warehouse production environment where noise levels and temperatures vary (personal protective equipment provided).
