About the Role: Seller Operations Associate (Customer Service Representative)

As a Seller Operations Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for our sellers and customers, handling calls and responding to emails on a wide range of event and order-related questions. Your expertise and problem-solving skills will be crucial in resolving issues fairly and constructively, ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience. You'll work collaboratively with our team to provide real-time assistance, navigate order queues, and determine the best course of action to resolve customer concerns.

To succeed as a Seller Operations Associate, you'll need:

Work Environment and Company Culture

At blithequark, we offer a hybrid work model that combines the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. You'll spend three days in our Coppell, TX office and two days working from home. Our office is equipped with modern amenities and a dynamic work environment that fosters creativity and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

Work Schedule

The first four weeks of employment will be spent in training, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. After training, you'll work a hybrid schedule with the following hours:

Any hours worked over 40 per week are eligible for overtime pay.
