We believe that our employees are the key to our success, and we're always looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Customer Service / Cafe Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers. This will include: * Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner * Providing concierge services to pilots and customers, including making reservations as required * Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots * Recording customer preferences in our customer service system * Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft * Providing timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns * Partnering with our line service team to meet and exceed customer service expectations * Keeping our hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages * Maintaining a clean and welcoming work environment, including the front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities **Customer Service Focus** As a Customer Service / Cafe Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, and we're looking for someone who is naturally outgoing and extroverted, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for communicating with customers and employees in person, on the phone, and through radio communications, and you'll need to be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by our company insurance policy. **Competencies** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following competencies: * Customer focus: You'll be the customer's first point of contact, and you'll need to be able to provide a warm and welcoming experience. * Communication skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, pilots, and team members in person, on the phone, and through radio communications. * Computer skills: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office products and point of sale programs. * Basic mathematical knowledge: You'll need to be able to handle cash and credit transactions accurately. * Bi-lingual: While not required, bi-lingual skills are a plus. **Work Environment** As a Customer Service / Cafe Representative, you'll be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non-moving aircraft. You'll need to be able to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and walk throughout the facility to interact with customers. **Physical Demands** The physical demands of this role include: * Lifting 25 pounds * Standing for long periods of time * Walking throughout the facility to interact with customers * Possible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machinery **Position Type and Expected Hours of Work** This is a non-exempt position, and you'll be expected to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and on scheduled company holidays.
