About the Role: Driving Recruitment Excellence
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical member of our recruitment team, responsible for seeking out, interviewing, and screening applicants to fill existing and future job openings within our Pest Division. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the driving force behind identifying top talent, building relationships with hiring managers, and promoting career opportunities within our organization.
Key Responsibilities: Where Your Skills Shine
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to stay informed about current and future hiring needs and business objectives.
- Perform comprehensive searches for qualified candidates using a range of resources, including computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting tools, cold calls, media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with applicants to gather information on their work history, training, education, and job skills.
- Prepare and maintain accurate employment records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Inform potential applicants about our facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities, showcasing our organization as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with other recruiters on the team on a daily basis, sharing best practices and insights to drive recruitment excellence.
- Interact with the Talent Acquisition Manager as needed, ensuring alignment with overall recruitment strategies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications: What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (mandatory).
- At least 1 year of previous phone screen/recruiter experience (preferred).
- Comfort with working in a large team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Knowledge of OFCCP guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- Strong recruiting, talent acquisition, and full-cycle recruiting skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
