Key Responsibilities
- Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information about our products and services
- Represent arenaflex automotive dealer clients in a positive and professional manner, adhering to our brand values and guidelines
- Utilize your exceptional communication skills to build rapport with customers, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
- Collaborate with our team to share best practices, provide feedback, and continuously improve our chat operations
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Must live within the state of Iowa, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting the following technical specifications:
- Minimum of 8 GB of RAM
- 64-bit Operating System
- 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, as it can help you develop the skills and strategies needed to succeed in this fast-paced environment
