As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning these interactions into leads for our dealer clients. Your primary goal will be to represent our clients favorably online, ensuring that their website traffic is converted into revenue-generating opportunities.
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions. You will be required to attend 4 weeks of remote training, which will take place on Tuesdays to Saturdays between 11am-7:30pm EDT. Upon completion of the training, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.
