Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Consultant to join our arenaflex Answer Team. As a single point of contact on our client-facing team in a call center environment, you will be responsible for responding to a wide range of client service requests and issues. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to accurately identify, research, and resolve issues, will enable you to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries.
- Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client.
- Develop and maintain technical acumen to effectively address client technical support issues.
- Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance client satisfaction and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex client issues and ensure seamless communication.
- Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior call center experience, with a strong focus on customer service.
