About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Analyst to join our Compliance Group within the Human Resources Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Compliance team and tasks, including acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
• Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and troubleshoot any database issues
• Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
• Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance
• Collaborate with clients and teams on a regular basis
• Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications
• Access to the TSA Clearinghouse database
• Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup
• Advanced Access skills
• Ability to interpret large sets of data to create meaningful reports
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Proven ability to conduct fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements
• Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:

• Previous experience in a compliance or data management role
• Knowledge of HRIS and EC systems
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
