**A Day in the Life as a Customer Service Phone Representative**
In this part-time position, you'll be the key to keeping things running smoothly at arenaflex. You'll answer incoming calls, book service appointments, and manage our club membership base, ensuring that our clients always feel prioritized. You'll work closely with the dispatcher to make sure each call is scheduled efficiently, keeping customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do. When things get busy, you'll stay proactive, making outbound calls and helping to renew memberships. Whether it's solving a problem or making sure customers are booked for their service, you'll be the face of arenaflex and play a critical role in our success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming calls and book service appointments
* Manage our club membership base, ensuring that clients feel prioritized
* Work closely with the dispatcher to schedule calls efficiently
* Make outbound calls to help renew memberships and resolve customer issues

**Minimum Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities
* Associate degree (preferred)
* Bilingual (preferred)

* Location: Willis, TX
* Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM (hours are negotiable)
