This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of onsite and remote work, with 3 days spent collaborating with our team at our office and 2 days working remotely.
In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues via multiple channels. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with sales professionals, field representatives, and managers to ensure seamless issue resolution and provide tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, including a friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as experience in customer service, preferably in a phone and email environment. You should be detail-oriented, with intermediate-level skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with Oracle and Salesforce is a plus. Additionally, you should possess strong time management skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve basic issues independently or with assistance from peers.
