We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Customer Engineer at blithequark, you will be working towards developing and nurturing new composite materials and manufacturing technologies aligned with market and customer needs. You will be the principal technical interface with our customers and the voice of the customer for blithequark's internal functions. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing technology gaps, providing advice for future product and process development, and promoting blithequark products and technologies to our customers.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $90,880 to $113,600 per year, bonus, and/or other incentives. We also offer a range of benefits, including 16 or more weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations.
