**Job Description:**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers via telephone to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Processing transactions, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs to ensure satisfaction
* Discussing various topics with customers, such as:
+ Enrolling or changing their life insurance amount
+ Confirming or changing beneficiaries
+ Policy provisions and exclusions
+ Continuing coverage when retired or leaving employment
+ Billing inquiries
* Reporting to work in person during training (Monday-Thursday) and training virtually on Fridays from the Cary, NC office
* Working from home with high-speed internet (500-650 kbps) and a quiet, secure workspace
* Using video during interviews, coaching, and virtual training
* Being flexible with shifts and working hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-11:00pm EST)
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to work under immediate supervision and report to an immediate supervisor
* 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
**Preferred Skills:**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Proficiency in using technology and software applications
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
