**The Opportunity**
As a Customer Service Representative (Chat) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat, email, and phone interactions. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (LivePerson) platform
* Responding to incoming emails from customers
* Requesting contact lens prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed
* Consulting customers on the best value for their contact lens purchase
* Providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Delivering solutions to customers in a way that creates a positive experience
* Maintaining high performance metrics, including quality, sales, and dependability
* Problem-solving and thinking on your feet to keep customers and the company satisfied
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
* Great typing and computer skills (at least 35 words per minute)
* A hustle and tireless work ethic
* Self-starter mentality, driven, motivated, proactive, and disciplined
* Ability to multitask and prioritize at the same time
* Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
* Previous experience in customer service and sales is a plus

**Compensation and Schedule**
We offer a competitive salary for this role, plus comprehensive benefits. The starting base pay is $15.00 per hour, and you'll be required to work between 11AM – 11PM MST, with a required Saturday or Sunday shift each week.
