- Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers
- Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on customer service and sales
