You should be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule that is provided four weeks in advance. Additionally, you should be open to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during peak periods. While not required, experience working in a commission-based environment, demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions, and customer service experience are highly desirable.

The salary range for this role is $43,000-$56,000 per year, which consists of both base pay and team-based commission.
