**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative for Email, Chat, and Voice Support, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Pass a criminal background check and maintain a clean record.
* Work a full-time work week of 32-40 hours, with overtime opportunities as needed.
* Maintain 100% strict adherence to the assigned schedule and manage high-volume inbound calls.
* Have strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm.
* Possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of expertise in spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
* Demonstrate a courteous and friendly demeanor, with a high level of professionalism.
* Be willing to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, with a strong desire to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
* Have 1-3 years of customer support and technical support call center experience.
