In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a significant way every day to help others. As an FCA, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional customer service, answering their questions, and helping them navigate our financial services. You will be responsible for assisting clients with a broad range of needs, including answering questions about their 401k account balance, helping with withdrawals and loans, and providing education and resources to help them make informed decisions about their financial future.
