As a Ramp Agent at blithequark, your daily tasks will be physically demanding and require attention to detail. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
You will work in a fast-paced environment, often in harsh weather conditions, and be required to wear company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety. Your ability to prioritize safety and security, as well as your attention to detail and physical stamina, will be essential in this role.
Your scheduling will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You can expect to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority. Each station is different, with its own unique flight schedule, so you will need to be flexible and adaptable.
