**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Answer questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and provide solutions to facilitate treatment
* Utilize knowledge of healthcare and insurance products to resolve member issues and concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare and insurance industry trends and regulations
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including service level agreements, first-call resolution rates, and member satisfaction scores
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
* Computer experience with Windows-based applications
* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
* Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
* Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
