As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll collaborate with clients in a considerate, professional, friendly, and expert manner. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
**What You'll Do**
These are the fundamental elements of the job. This list is designed to reflect the current role, but there may be additional essential responsibilities (and trivial tasks) that are not mentioned. * Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
* Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
* Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
* Perform traveler check-in and boarding tasks (excluding curbside), correct oversold seat tasks, and issue upgrades
* Issue vouchers as well as coordinate with agents for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinate refuel and refresh
* Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift as well as ticket lift/check
* Operate gate reader/scanner and related duties to include pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items and departure line models
* Operate jetways/bridges for purposes of boarding and deplaning travelers
* Make boarding and departure gate announcements
* Convey domestic/international flight records
* Perform traveler service flight close-out methods
* Accept, check, and label travelers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
* Maintain schedule of flight loading process
* Perform customer service hands-on training
* Process and complete credit card baggage exchanges at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
* Assist travelers with self-service kiosk check-in and baggage handling at ticket counters
* Man line lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
* Clear/confirm international records at booth in the ticket counter area and activation stations
* Accept and activate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations
* Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, or unaccompanied minors
* Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
* Have regular and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any obligatory overtime requirements
* Answer and assist during security and emergency situations
* Provide interfacing traveler door information
* Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and according to arenaflex's rules
* Adhere to organization policies, procedures, and performance guidelines
* Complete task-related stages of training
* Comply with applicable laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA)
* Utilize various internal resources/frameworks including during customer interactions
* Wear attire as required by organization policy

* Perform Traveler Activity Control capabilities including air to ground communication along with Peak capabilities
* Help international travelers through customs/migration, including baggage recheck
* Convey tickets, international flight reports, and customs/migration forms
**All You'll Need for Success**
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Education and Previous Professional Training
* Bilingual language abilities required in certain areas
* Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities
* Must meet FAA criminal history verifications to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
* Must be able to obtain proper airport power and US Customs security identification, if material
* Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements
* Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Training and Previous Professional Training
* Working knowledge of Sabre or any other Traveler Service System
* Past face-to-face Customer service experience
