**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues, and making decisions based on case information and provided documentation. This role is an excellent fit for critical thinkers who enjoy working with customers and problem-solving. Your duties will include:
* Initiating and responding to requests
* Coordinating with internal and external partners
* Researching and resolving case issues
* Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps
* Interviewing customers in person and/or over the telephone
* Interacting with other states, employers, and other business partners
* Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation
**Minimum Requirements**
* Experience processing information using a computer system
* Experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions
* Experience communicating with others to gather information
**Substitutions**
* Relevant education may substitute for the required experience
**Preferences**
* Customer Service experience preferred

**Salary and Benefits**
* Salary: $37,759.92 - $47,081.16 annually
