While not a pure enterprise architect position, the individual must operate at a senior level ??? designing solutions, guiding direction, and building hands-on. Must have experience: Senior-Level BI Ownership • • Operates at architect-level thinking (solution design + hands-on execution) • Primary responsibility: Analytics & BI delivery Microsoft Stack ??? Advanced Hands-On Experience. o Must demonstrate real build and design experience with: § Microsoft Azure (data and AI components) § Power BI (advanced modeling, semantic layer, dashboards) § Microsoft Fabric / Data Lake / Synapse / ADF § Strong SQL foundation Agentic AI Development, preferably within the Microsoft Ecosystem o Built agentic in Copilot Studio and/or AI Foundry o AI/agentic work tied to analytics delivery or operational use cases o Experience augmenting traditional BI with AI capabilities Operational & Use Case Driven o Delivered real-world enterprise use cases o Worked directly with business or clinical stakeholders o Demonstrates measurable impact and production implementation o Able to guide current team toward agent-enabled BI evolution Cross-Functional Leadership • Worked in inter-team capacity • Influenced direction of BI or analytics strategy • Provided knowledge transfer or mentorship to internal teams Preferences Healthcare experience BI/Analytics Clinical or operational healthcare use cases Experience modernizing traditional BI into AI-augmented BI Banking/Finance analytics background (acceptable alternative) Prior experience introducing Microsoft Fabric or modern Azure BI stack
