**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position offering a flexible work schedule, with the potential to move to full-time. **Responsibilities**
* Answer customer calls in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues and providing solutions
* Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues

* Provide quotes and prices to customers, following company guidelines
* Sell additional merchandise to customers, meeting sales targets

* High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required; college equivalent a plus
* Pick-up truck industry product knowledge a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software packages
* AS 400, JD Edwards experience helpful but not necessary
* Basic computer skills required
