Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Identify the type of assistance needed and ascertain the level of support required to resolve the inquiry.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
• Deliver information in a positive, conversational, and compassionate manner, fostering relationship development with clients.
• Manage customer expectations, providing clear explanations and solutions to their queries.
• Actively engage customers in online chat contexts, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide mail support to the Mail Center Manager, performing duties such as mail sorting, digital uploading, and dispensing.
• Handle additional duties as assigned, including but not limited to:
  • Handling escalations and complex customer issues.
  • Team supervision and leadership.
  • Analytics and reporting.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Active listening skills, with the ability to understand and address customer concerns.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with customer service software and technology, including phone systems, chat platforms, and email management tools.
