About the Role
arenaflex is currently seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a variety of support, including servicing walk-in customers, answering customer inquiries, providing samples, and completing sales transactions. Your primary objective will be to ensure effective and efficient coordination between arenaflex and its customers, delivering a high level of service and support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide customer account management, including order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check, and transportation management in a call center environment.
- Provide customer service for a high volume of inbound calls using ACD (Automated Call Distribution).
- Key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports.
- Interface with various groups, including internal teams and SSCs, to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery.
- Respond to customer needs and participate in special projects as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
- 2 or more years of call center or customer service experience.
- A focus on customer account management is preferred.

The expected base pay rate for this role is between $23.41 per hour and $35.04 per hour, depending on individual experience and qualifications. Additionally, you may be eligible for commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, and other short-term and long-term incentive packages.
