**Job Summary**
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our remote call center team in Texas. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for delivering premium service and fostering customer relationships through effective telephone communication. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver exceptional customer service through effective telephone communication, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
* Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns, resolving issues efficiently, and providing personalized solutions.
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call handling time.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
**Requirements:**
* Minimum of 2 years of recent customer service experience (retail, fast food, face-to-face, over the phone) - call center preferred.
* Type 40 WPM & Hard Wired High Speed Internet (50 mbps download).
* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
**Work Environment:**
* Remote position with flexible scheduling to accommodate various shifts.
* Must live in Texas (not Houston).
* Contract position through January.
**Schedule:**
* Must be available to work ANY shift during hours of operation: Mon-Sun 8am-7pm central.
**Pay and Benefits:**
* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
