As a Screening Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients and their customers. About the Role
As a Screening Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing savvy and responsive assistance to our clients and their customers, whatever the task or channel
- Juggling multiple responsibilities with various timelines and working efficiently in multiple Chrome tabs
- Being detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Collaborating with our team to provide exceptional service and support to our clients
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Google Chrome and other web-based applications
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of customer service software and systems
- Experience working with diverse populations and communities
- Fluency in multiple languages
