Job Summary We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our passengers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Mastering information on all arenaflex terminal activities cycles and methodology - Providing ideal support to the terminals group in resolving queries and exploring processes - Associating crewmembers to accessible assets to determine issues in the field - Ensuring terminal crewmembers' calls/messages get a response in 3 minutes or less - Capably handling requests connected with terminal tasks frameworks, including the Booking and Takeoff Control Framework - Addressing system functional queries immediately - Team up with IT or colleagues to determine issues as quickly as possible - Examine delays and service disappointments and raise to arenaflex Activities Initiative - Coordinate all arenaflex exercises during IRROPS - Act as the Client advocate by creating plans for the best Client result - Impart appropriate data and difficulties to Dispatch/Support Control and impacted air terminals speedily - Foster redirection recovery plans and proactively screen landing area times to forestall administrative infringement - Send Circumstance Reports (SITREPs) to functional pioneers and partners during IRROPS - Guarantee ideal declarations and conveniences for Clients during IRROPS - Start and lead telephone calls with Authority - Impart Client Recovery necessities to the Air terminals and the Client service Center (CSC) - Send SMS messages to Clients during IRROPS to keep them informed about delays, retractions, or redirection recovery plans - Work cooperatively with OCC Administrators, Air terminal Operations, Flight Operations, Inflight, Upkeep, and the CSC to constantly further develop processes - Drive the development of IRROPS arrangement and cycles - Routinely add to the arenaflex Activities Backing Playbook Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: - A strong understanding of air terminal activities and between departmental cycle stream - The ability to identify concerns or patterns and actually issue tackle while driving for greatness - Self-drive and the capacity to work autonomously with little management - Phenomenal authoritative abilities and using time productively - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities to impact execution - Autonomous judgment and trustworthy thinking abilities - The capacity to manage complexity to identify underlying drivers and foster powerful and straightforward arrangements - Steady critical thinking and nonstop improvement attitude - Strong written and verbal communication skills - The ability to cultivate and foster collaboration and leadership that embraces our organization's "Motivation, Values and Vision" Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be advantageous: - Experience in a customer service or call center environment - Knowledge of air terminal activities and between departmental cycle stream - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
