This role is part of the Payments and Digital Strategy team at arenaflex Credit Union. As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for daily functions related to check processing, item processing, direct bills, and fund transfers at arenaflex Credit Union. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on our members' lives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED, as well as intermediate Excel and Word skills. Previous customer/member service experience, previous banking or Credit Union experience, and knowledge of Episys/Symitar and processing wires are preferred. You should be skilled in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, and have the ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs.
