Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding accurately, promptly, and effectively to all forms of customer communication, including phones, letters, and email. * Resolving difficult and sensitive customer issues in an objective and timely manner, using problem-solving and negotiation skills. * Documenting customer and store information into our call tracking system. * Promoting a positive company image to support customer service objectives and mission statement. * Composing personal replies to customer letters and/or email and maintaining assigned reports. * Updating customer addresses for the Loyalty Program and adjusting reward points as needed. * Making sound judgment calls that align with the brand, escalation, and customer service policies for social media customer-related issues. * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and capable of moderating a high volume of inbound content. **Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. * Utilize problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve complex customer complaints. * Document customer interactions and store information into our call tracking system. * Provide support for monitoring Facebook and Twitter to respond to customer comments/questions and encourage a higher level of engagement. * Compose personal replies to customer letters and/or email and maintain assigned reports. * Update customer addresses for the Loyalty Program and adjust reward points as needed. * Make sound judgment calls that align with the brand, escalation, and customer service policies for social media customer-related issues. * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and capable of moderating a high volume of inbound content. **Qualifications** * 1-3 years of retail customer service or call center experience and proven conflict management skills. * Flexible mindset, oriented towards conflict resolution. * Strong listening skills. * Ability to prioritize work. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * PC knowledge. * Typing skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. * Familiarity with social media platforms and customer service software. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. * Experience with conflict resolution and mediation. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative company. * Flexible work environment with remote work options. * Ongoing training and development opportunities. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
