**Key Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and administrative support to our healthcare teams. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions
* Managing patient schedules and performing administrative tasks, such as data entry and billing
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes
* Educating patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention strategies
* Performing routine medical procedures, such as vaccinations and injections
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* A graduate degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice licensure to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
* Or, in select states, an Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other healthcare-related graduate degree or equivalent experience) with current Public Board Accreditation and State of Practice licensure to practice in the job
* At least two years of clinically relevant experience or the equivalent
* Completion of the Spock certification test within 30 days of employment
* Ability to speak and write in multiple languages, including Spanish (dependent on market requirements)
* Essential Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED training
* Ability to pass a FIT assessment and wear a respirator mask when required
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with the following qualifications:
* Earlier experience as a licensed healthcare provider, with a minimum of one year of work experience
* Previous experience as a preceptor or educator, with a focus on teaching and mentoring
* Familiarity with electronic health records and practice management systems
