In this role, you will be working remotely from the comfort of your own home, engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics. As a remote employee, you must remain a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to inbound calls and other communication platforms, researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, and following up as needed to resolve issues.
